From the age of two years old raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, Paul Sabo started in the restaurant industry at a tender age of 15, not knowing that culinary arts would be one of the avenues of life long careers. With a couple breaks in this field, an enlistment in the Marine Corps, then picking up a culinary arts degree and, then four years in Pro baseball, settled into restaurants for sometime.  Then the introduction into the world of Real Estate. Eventually the two fields would be combined. Having garnered many awards in both fields rising to the top in both fields opened many doors to other businesses. Having several degrees tied to business, it always sparked interests in expanding businesses and keeping options open for opportunities such as the green energy sector.

As ​a fellow Owner/Entrepreneur, Paul has been successful in many areas:

• In restaurants/bars  - being a certified Chef for 30+ years and in the business for over 40 years, Paul has owned, managed and, consulted over 300 resort properties, restaurants and, bars. With over lapping careers, Paul tied Restaurants, Real Estate and other business entities together and created "Your Real Estate Chef!"

• Real Estate/Mortgages - 25+ years in the Industry, from residential to commercial.

• Paul is also a published author of articles and books on real estate, cooking and, detective novels.
